Q: What is parking like at the venue?
A: There are a number of secure inexpensive car parking options available for visitors to park. The Hamilton Convention Centre (1 Summers Lane) has an attached, underground 600-space municipal garage (Car Park 37) with direct elevator access. Rates are roughly $3.25/hour or $15 daily. Nearby alternatives include Jackson Square parking, the Sheraton hotel, and various surface lots, with apps like Passport Parking used for payment.

A: Absolutely! Discounts are available for the expo (Only) for groups of 6 or more. Send us a quick email to arrange a discount code.
Q: Can children come along to the event? Are there any age restrictions?
A: Of Course! This event is family friendly! Children 7 years old and under are free with ticket paying adults
Q: Can I bring my own food and drink?
A: No problem! It wouldn’t be a fitness show without Tupperware would it! There will also be lots of food available from multiple vendors to sample on the day so treat yourself!
